13:30 We gather at the FCC hotel in Siem Reap. We transfer to Phnom Penh pier. You will passe Tonle Sap lake to embark Toum Tiou near Tru.

15:00 Pick up at FCC hotel in Siem Reap. Transfer by a local travel agency to get to the Phnom Penh pier.

09:00 Arrive at Kampong Chnang
Located some 56 miles from Phnom Penhthe town of Kampong Chhnang is one of the largest fishing ports on the Tonlé Sap.In this region, there are many fish farms. Kampong Chhnang is famous for fish farming and pottery ware whose style does not change for decades and provide pottery for all country. And not to be overlooked are the products of the Thnot tree (sugar palm – a symbol of the country) - a mellow tasting, caramel-colored sugar sold in large cakes and palm wine - that grows abundantly in the area.

Early morning, The Toum Tiou sails for Kampong Chhnang. Breakfast is served on board.
11:00 Arrive at Chnok Tru. You will take the local boat to visit Chnok Tru . This village is completely independent: floating school, ice factory for fish preservation, church, pagoda, shops, boat or television repair shops, video club, karaoke bar, police station ... everything is on the water. All trades are represented and everybody from children to grandparents, grew up on the boat through the network of canals that cross this little town.

07:45 Toum Tiou leaves early morning. Leave for Tralach, breakfast is served on board.
08:00 Arrive in Kampong Tralach to visit the magnificent Vihara located in the pagoda Tralach Leu. To get there, we pass the village Tralach Krom on a small path and you will see rice fields out of sight.
The Vihara dates from the last century. Perhaps it is built on a former base and still maintains remarkable paintings on the wall. But these paintings are beginning to be destroyed by climate. Surrounded by rice fields, this modest pagoda attracts many tourists.
10:30 Return to the Toum Tiou I. Lunch is served on board when the boat leaves for Koh Chen.
13:00 Arrive at Koh Chen. Visit the craft village: goldsmith village.
15:00 Your return to the Toum Tiou I. Leave for Phnom Penh.
17:00 Arrive in Phnom Penh.
19:00 Performence of traditional dance "APSARA" for 45 minutes.

15:00 It is now free and easy leisure time. (We suggest that you visit the notorious Toul Sleng torture centre: a former center of detention, torture and execution between 1975 and 1979. This visit help you to understand more about the crime of the Khmer Rouge regime.)
19:00 Return to the boat. The boat leave for Phnom Penh.
08:00 Departure to Kaam Samnaar (frontier of Cambodia)
10:00 The boat arrives at the checkpoint at Kaam Samnor. Check formalities. Leave for Chau Doc. Lunch is served on board.
13:00 Arrive at Chau Doc
14:00 Located in the north at the beginning of delta Mekong, Chau Doc extends on 2 sides of the river. Here there are many fish farms. You can see many bamboo shelves of fish drying are above 1 meter from the surface of the water. There are some colonial houses and a colorful market is at the centre of the city. Despite market smells, it's a great place to take pictures. Small city tour is a good time to visit the local market.

19:30 Dinner on board.
06:00 We will leave Chau Doc for Sa Dec. Breakfast is served on board.

14:00 Arrive at Sa Dec – Panorama Cruise and then we transfer to Trung Vuong primary school. We then continue our cruise to the Kien An Cung Pagoda. We stroll around the bustling Sa Dec Market. The small city of Sa Dec of 30,000 inhabitants is fascinating in its unspoiled beauty and authenticity. You can see some colonial houses and "The Chinese House" (in the novel "The Lover" of Duras and it has appeared in a movie)
17:00 Return to boat , departure to Vinh Long. Dinner

08:30 Arrive at Vinh Long, local boats will pick you to visit the factory of brick and pottery Hoa Binh and the Binh Hoa Phuoc Islet Nursery of Fruit Trees. We visit a typical local dwelling and a show room of traditional farming tools. Vinh Long – Vietnamese for Majestic Dragon- near the middle of the delta, protected by the two arms of the Mekong. The soil of Vinh Long is enriched by silt deposits, making it ideal for growing mandarins and other citrus fruits.
Life here centers on water. Houses sits merrily on stilts in water. Hundreds of small boats travel the river daily. The warmth of the locals makes it an attractive destination.
11:30 Return to boat. The Toum Tiou leave Cai Be for My Tho, lunch is served.
15:30 Arrive at My Tho – Toum Tiou moors near Thai Son island. Local boats are sent to the Toum Tiou II for a short transfer to the mainland and a short panoramic tour of My Tho. My Tho which means fragrant herb and there are thousands of tourists who are eager to discover the untouched beauty of the Delta. It is a prosperous city of about 100,000 inhabitants, famous for its fruit orchards, gardens and vast rice fields. The climate is warm and pleasant throughout the year. The surrounding countryside is home to one of the most luxuriant gardens of Vietnam, encircled by coconut palms and banana and mango trees.
Return to the pier – we cruise by local boat to Dragon Island
16:30 Return to the Toum Tiou and leave My Tho for Saigon.
Passe the magnificent canal Cho Gao.
19:00 Cocktail (1 glass of local liquor or juice) with the chef of boat and manager. Dinner (menu + 1 glass of wine).
Overnight on boat.
